Origin of the name
La Cura is an Italian word that means 'the cure'.
In the NDIS field, there's no such thing as cure as we are all facing the permanence in our disability.
However, La Cura Support Coordination believes that the cure relies on providing appropriate support so participants can live a better optimal health and well-being.

Since 2014, Mae has worked in the healthcare field and the disability sector with different hospitals and service providers in the roles of support worker, healthcare assistant, nurse, team leader, service manager, and NDIS community connector.
Being able to experience all of this have allowed her knowledge to grow within disability services, and coordination of supports.
The NDIS is such a complex area so having a support coordinator that knows the ins and outs is such a big advantage for the participant. Coming from a strong background of team leading and nursing, she found her passion in assisting NDIS participants in achieving their goals.
Mae offers Psychosocial Recovery Coach as well as Support Coordination.

Candice's background is NDIS client liaison officer, nursing, and military. Her roles have allowed her to fully experience the needs of her clients in the industry and is very well versed within the sector.
Candice's big heart and desire to help others has materialised with the connections that she has in the community. She is definitely an asset worth having if you are looking for someone who can help you achieve your goals whilst working on your timeline.
Remote Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is her priority target cohort.

Since 2008, Donna had been working in the Disability Industry with Certificate IV in Disability. To date, her experiences include Program Manager, Public Trust Officer, Regional Development Officer, and NDIS Community Connector. Her roles have allowed her to ensure that the community is well connected with the right community and mainstream supports. Her financial, legal, administrative, planning and other associated services training are best asset in helping you reach the fullest potential of your NDIS goal.
Donna is very competent in the industry. With her specialty as goal setting and plan reviews, she does all tasks with an empathetic heart. She makes sure that everyone is supported by assisting them not only in making strategies but to also understand the NDIS process and their NDIS plans.
